What do I need to get started?
Just a list of business website URLs. Paste them into the dashboard or send them via the API, and DobePros handles the rest — extracting emails, phone numbers, and social profiles from each site in real time.
What's the email hit rate?
Typically 60-80% depending on industry. Service-based businesses (dentists, HVAC, law firms, med spas) tend to be on the higher end because they prominently display contact info. Tech companies with only contact forms will be lower.
How is this different from Apollo or Hunter?
Apollo and Hunter pull from pre-built databases that go stale fast. DobePros extracts contact information directly from live websites at the moment you request it. You get fresh, first-party data — not recycled records that may be months or years old.
Does email verification actually work?
Yes. Every extracted email goes through MX record validation and SMTP-level verification before it's returned to you. We check that the mail server exists and that the specific mailbox is accepting mail. This dramatically reduces bounce rates compared to unverified scraping tools.
Can I use this for international websites?
Absolutely. DobePros works with any publicly accessible website regardless of country or language. The extraction engine parses HTML structure and common contact patterns, so it works across locales. Results are best for English-language sites, but multilingual sites are supported.

I lost my API key. How do I recover it?

I didn't receive my API key email.
First, check your spam/junk folder — automated emails sometimes land there. If you still can't find it, try the key recovery form below to request a resend. If that doesn't work, email support@dobepros.com and we'll get it sorted.
I've exceeded my URL quota. What now?
You can upgrade your plan at any time from the pricing page. Upgrades take effect immediately and your new quota is available right away. If you need a custom volume beyond listed plans, reach out to support@dobepros.com.
What's your refund policy?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. If you're not satisfied for any reason, email support@dobepros.com within 30 days of purchase and we'll process a full refund.
How do I check my usage?
Log in to your dashboard with your API key. You'll see your total quota, URLs processed, remaining balance, and a full history of all extraction jobs.
Do you offer custom plans?
Yes. If you need higher volumes, dedicated infrastructure, or custom integrations, email support@dobepros.com and we'll put together an enterprise or custom-volume plan tailored to your needs.
