These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and DobePros ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, generating an API key, or making a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety.
DobePros is a proprietary contact extraction API that crawls business websites in real time to extract structured contact information including email addresses, phone numbers, social media profiles, and contact page URLs.
The Service performs multi-page deep crawls, ranks emails by decision-maker priority, validates phone numbers against real US area codes, filters out 40+ known junk domains, and optionally verifies email deliverability via MX and SMTP checks.
DobePros is not a database lookup service. Data is extracted fresh from each submitted URL at the time of the API request. Results may vary based on website structure, accessibility, and content availability.
To use the Service, you must create an account and receive an API key. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your API key. Treat your API key like a password.
We reserve the right to disable or regenerate your API key if we detect suspicious activity, security vulnerabilities, or violations of these Terms.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The following uses are strictly prohibited:
We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates this section, including without limitation, removing content, suspending or terminating accounts, and reporting to law enforcement authorities.
DobePros offers both one-time URL packs and monthly subscription plans. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). You are responsible for any applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice. Existing prepaid credits will be honored at the price paid.
We stand behind our service. If you are not satisfied with DobePros for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase — no questions asked.
To request a refund, simply email support@dobepros.com with your account email and order details. Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days and returned to the original payment method.
For monthly subscriptions, you may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access to your remaining credits for the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued for subscription cancellations after the 30-day guarantee window.
Each plan includes a specific URL quota. Usage limits are enforced as follows:
If you exceed your plan's URL quota, additional requests will be rejected until you purchase additional credits or upgrade your plan. We will not charge you automatically for overages.
DobePros is provided on a best-effort basis. We strive to maintain high availability and reliable performance, but we do not guarantee any specific uptime percentage or service level agreement (SLA).
The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, infrastructure updates, third-party service outages, or unforeseen technical issues. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.
Extraction results depend on the target website's structure, availability, and response time. Websites that are offline, behind CAPTCHAs, or heavily JavaScript-rendered may yield incomplete or no results. This is inherent to real-time extraction and is not considered a service failure.
Your data: You retain full ownership of the enriched data you obtain through the Service. You may use, store, analyze, and integrate the extracted contact information into your own workflows, CRMs, and business processes, subject to the acceptable use restrictions in Section 4.
Our service: DobePros owns all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including but not limited to the API, crawling infrastructure, ranking algorithms, filtering logic, website, documentation, and all related intellectual property. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to our source code, proprietary methods, or trade secrets.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on the Service or any part thereof without our prior written consent.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and disable your API key at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that:
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@dobepros.com. Upon termination, your API key will be deactivated and any unused credits will be forfeited, except where a refund is applicable under Section 6.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DOBEPROS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO DOBEPROS IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DobePros and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language. Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property rights.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where feasible, provide notice through the Service or via email to your registered account.
Your continued use of the Service after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and contact us to close your account.
