No variant "wins" until it reaches n=400 conversions with p < 0.05 confidence. At 500 visitors/day across 4 variants, that's ~32 days to declare a winner. We don't make early calls.

Revenue Per Visitor (RPV)

We optimize for RPV, not conversion rate. A page with 3% CR at $147 AOV beats a page with 5% CR at $97 AOV. RPV = CR × AOV. Current best: $12.07 RPV (Stripe variant).
